On June 29th, Comprar em Portugal held the first edition of its event at Minascentro, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with great success.

 

The meeting, which was sold out and brought together more than 250 people, stood out as one of the main events aimed at connecting Brazilian investors with the promising Portuguese real estate market.

After being honored for their presence with a Port of Honor, participants had the opportunity to attend a series of lectures given by experts from various areas, namely legal, tax and banking.

 

The objective was to provide Brazilian investors with clear and objective information on how to obtain consistent financial returns and explore possibilities for permanent or seasonal residence in Portugal.

Among the topics covered, the following stood out:
• Legality and taxation between the USA and Portugal
• Immigration
• Cultural and commercial proximities between Brazil and Portugal
• Property financing in Portugal
• Exclusive developments in Portugal

In addition to the lectures, the event also included a round of individual business, where the Comprar em Portugal team and resident speakers met with interested investors. This moment was particularly productive, resulting in the signing of more than 35 contracts.
